Oysters al Natural Served with Soda Bread and Anchovy Butter

Looking for a way to jazz up your oysters but still want to enjoy them natural? This recipe is for you. It's a simple recipe with complimentary flavours that can be enjoyed as a snack or a party starter.
Oysters:
Sydney Rock Oysters
Serve:
Serves 1 as a snack or 2 as an entrée
Ingredients:
6 Oystersmiths Sydney Rock Oysters, served on the half shell
Home baked soda bread or a store-bought equivalent – dark rye works very well
Anchovy butter
1 tin or 25g of the fanciest anchovies you can source, finely chopped
100g unsalted butter, at room temp
Zest and juice of half a medium lemon
Method
Combine ingredients by hand or with a blender for a lighter end product. Both are delicious.
Serve oysters with fresh baked bread spread generously with anchovy butter.
